BACKGROUND: PRESS CONFERENCE ON 21 MARCH 2022

After writing three times to the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India to request the release the Report of the Supreme Court Committee on Farm Laws (on 1 September 2021, 23 November 2021 and on 17 January 2022) and not receiving any response, Anil Ghanwat, President of Swatantra Bharat Party and a member of the Supreme Court’s Committee on Farm Laws – has decided to release the Report on 21 March 2022. He considers that the contents in the Report are of exceptional public interest.
